Ingredients:
3 8 oz Blocks
of Cream Cheese
12 oz Cottage
Cheese
5 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
2 Tbl Vanilla
1 Bag Pecan
Sandies

Directions:
Warm cream
cheese to room temperature. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Crush pecan sandies and use them to line the bottom and sides of a spring
form pan (you may need a binding agent for the crumbs, like a bit of
butter). Pour mix in to pan and bake at 350 for 60 to 90 minutes or
until center is firm. |
