Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

 

6 oz. Chocolate Chips - semi-sweet

1 Egg

1 Tsp Brandy or Orange Juice (Optional)

2 Teaspoons Sugar

3/4 Cup Scalded (Just to Boiling) Milk

 

Directions:

 

Put the first four ingredients in the blender.  With blender running, pour in milk until chocolate is melted.  Pour mixture into cups and refrigerate 3 hours, or freeze for 1 1/2 hours.
