Altitude - 7200 Feet

The canyon is too large to capture by any camera, except perhaps IMAX.  What struck me about the hike we took was how close you could get to the edge - After looking over once, I was done & I had a hard time looking every time Henry or Gretchen would venture close.  In many cases, I faced the other way until they were ready for me to take the picture & then I faced away as they made their way back.
