Franciscan Church
This was the first church (of many) we visited, and it blew us away. I am constantly amazed by the simple age of these places we visit in Europe. In America, if something is from 1770, we are amazed. Here, there are churches such as this from 1000. The work that it took to create such a building would be enough to blow your mind, but when you are looking at the artwork & touching the wood and stone in person...In retrospect, I wish I had taken more pictures of the church. While we were there, someone was having lessons on the giant pipe organ - pretty cool!
